Kelsey Roberts was born in Vicksburg, Mississippi and has lived all across the Southeast and East coast, from Baton Rouge, Louisiana to Lewiston, Maine. He comes from a background of 20 years in the US Air Force and brings organization, tenacity, attention to detail, and problem-solving to his companies and his clients. He is the managing member of Smooth Cadence Properties, LLC, a Real Estate sales and investing firm, and Smooth Cadence Productions LLC, a media production company. Kelsey attended Wilmington University and earned a Master of Science in Business Management, and is a PMI-certified project manager with internship experience in home renovation general contracting. His skills in comparative analytics and project flow give him a unique insight into how to negotiate the best deal and make sure the buying and selling process goes as smooth and quickly as possible for his clients. Kelsey served in the US Air Force and has been deployed to Iraq and Qatar. He was honored with three Meritorious Service Medals and two Air and Space forces Commendation Medals for service. Kelsey practiced the skills in leadership and teamwork unique to the armed forces, and brings them to bear in his Real Estate career to serve buyers and sellers. Kelsey entered the Real Estate profession to help others make the best investment in themselves and hasn’t looked back. Kelsey is married and lives in Dover, DE with his wife Kenzie, his daughter Mila, and two Maine Coons Worf and Jadzia. He spends his free time voicing podcasts and advocating for literacy and mental health.
